These rules apply to all registered guests and any visitors who enter the property. By completing the booking, guests also confirm that they maintain a primary residence elsewhere and that this apartment is used exclusively for short-term accommodation. Long-term use, use as a primary residence, or attempts to establish tenancy rights are strictly prohibited. ⸻ GUEST CONDUCT & RESPECT FOR THE HOME You are staying in someone else’s home. Please treat the apartment, furnishings, and building with respect and care. Guests must behave courteously at all times. Families live in the building, and quiet hours must be strictly respected: • 15:30–17:30 • 22:00–07:30 Any disturbance, party, or event may result in immediate police involvement under Article 12(6) of Law 1481/1984. ⸻ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Guests must follow the agreed check-in and check-out times. If check-out does not occur on time, the host reserves the right to remove belongings to prepare the apartment for incoming guests. The host bears no responsibility for any damage or loss during this process. If arriving after 22:00 (especially after 02:00), please notify us so we can inform the neighbours. Early check-in may be available if there is no same-day departure. This is required for safety and emergency access. ⸻ NO-SHOE POLICY Shoes are not permitted inside the apartment. Slippers are provided. ⸻ FURNITURE & SUITCASES Please do not place suitcases on beds, sofas, or dining furniture. Two suitcase racks are provided for your convenience. ⸻ ESSENTIALS A complimentary starter set of essentials (shampoo, shower gel, soap) is provided for arrival. ⸻ WATER USE Please avoid excessive water use. Do not overfill the bathtub or leave water running unnecessarily. ⸻ LAUNDRY (Towels) If you wish to wash the towels, please wash them separately and not mixed with your own clothing, to maintain their brightness and quality. ⸻ CLEANING • For long stays, weekly cleaning is provided. • Extra cleaning is available upon request. ⸻ RESERVATION CHANGES, CLEANING SCHEDULE & LATE CHECK-OUTS The cleaning schedule cannot be changed last-minute or shifted from one day to another. The cleaner’s hours are fixed and must be respected. Late check-out requests are welcomed only if the cleaning staff is arranged for another day. Usually cleaners have to start at 11:00 to prepare for next occupancy. Extensions Extensions are welcome when availability allows. • Extending by only one (1) day when the cleaner is already scheduled on the original departure date might incur a €30 handling fee. This fee is discretionary and will be applied through (hidden). • No fee applies if the extension is one week or more. Prices for Modified Reservations Prices vary depending on the date, season, demand, and local events. Any reservation change (date change, extension) will automatically adjust to the current price for the new dates. Any decision to maintain the original rate or offer a discount is entirely at the host’s discretion. ⸻ PETS & SMOKING • No pets allowed. • Smoking is strictly prohibited. A €150 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside. ⸻ LOST ITEMS & LIABILITY If you forget items in the apartment, please notify us immediately. Found items are kept for one (1) month; after that, they are discarded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the guest.
